Screening Requirements: A credit report, criminal and eviction searches are all part of the screening process. Third-party verifications of rental history and income are also performed. Self-employed applicants are also required to produce proof of income including tax returns, if necessary. Minimum credit score of 650 is required unless Owner approved, in which case an increased deposit may also be required. Additional deposit may be required for rental or employment history of less than 3 years.
